This is a full-time accounting position, scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll be the financial backbone of our operation-making sure every invoice is tracked, every dollar is accounted for, and every payable is handled promptly and with precision. You'll take charge of developing efficient new systems for managing our payables, paying out vendors accurately and on time, and generating detailed, insightful reports for our principal. Your day might include reconciling statements in QuickBooks, investigating discrepancies, communicating with vendors, or presenting savings opportunities that impact our bottom line.
