This role is responsible for processing reimbursements, maintaining accurate records, assisting with payroll and payments, and ensuring adherence to financial policies. The Finance & Compliance Team Member works closely with the Finance & Compliance Manager, seasonal staff, and cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant financial practices throughout the event season
