About the Team: The Accounting team at Relativity spans tax and compliance, financial operations, general ledger, and business data strategy. While each group brings unique insights, they are united by a d goal of protecting the financial integrity of Relativity, while also enabling smarter, faster decisions to help the company scale. You'll collaborate deeply with teams across the business, ask the right questions, and become a trusted partner, not just a processor. About the Role: Review, code, and process invoices in compliance with company policies and procedures. Code and categorize credit card transactions accurately. Perform three-way match between receipt, purchase order (PO), and invoice; collaborate cross functionally to resolve discrepancies. Review and process employee reimbursement requests through Ramp. Ensure accurate application of sales tax rates based on jurisdiction Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing vendors. Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies Identify opportunities for improvement within the current process Provide customer service and support to internal and external customers
