As an Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring timely payments from to and from our clients. Job Summary Accurately post and record customer payments and invoices. Assists in monitoring, tracking and enforcing department policies, procedures and goals. Ensure accounts are balanced and discrepancies are resolved. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on receivables or payables. Address customer payment inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Generate invoices and statements for customers. Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer inquiries and issues.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in Accounts Receivable/Payable, or documented comparable experience.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
• Clear, professional communication skills - both written and verbal.
• High school diploma
