Western National Property Management is looking to fill an Accounts Payable Processor at our Corporate Office in Irvine, CA. The Accounts Payable Representative to provide payables processing and support to management, outside departments and vendors in meeting department goals and deadlines including special projects as assigned. Duties to include but not limited to data entry of all department payables, mail distribution, invoice audits, aging reconciliations, 1099 filing, Sales and Tax Use analysis and internal and external auditor requests. This position is offering $25.00 to $27.50 per hour, with discretionary year-end bonus opportunities, plus benefits!

Requirements

  • Prefer 1 to 2 years of accounts payable experience strongly preferred.
  • Customer service skills
  • Must be able to apply principles of logical thinking to define problems, collect pertinent data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and initiate appropriate course of action.
  • Computer literacy in (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Yardi Voyager) knowledge preferred.
  • Effective administrative, organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Professional image coupled with strong interpersonal communication skills in order to interact effectively with residents, peers, vendors and management.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain current auto insurance.
  • Must maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • High School Diploma Required.
