About The Position

Performs a variety of routine and some nonroutine clerical functions in accordance with standard procedures. Inputs data into a system. Produces reports for others. Contacts other departments and/or outside agencies to resolve problems. Under minimum supervision, this level employee performs assignments that are varied and moderately complex. The employee exercises judgment in performance of tasks, referring unusual cases to a supervisor

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and 0-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

  • Prepares complex various reports on an ad-hoc or regular basis.
  • Assists customers with questions and provides answers, referrals, or solutions
  • Process paperwork required for assigned area.
  • Compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered.
  • Participate and help lead special projects as assigned by supervisor and/or area manager.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned
