About The Position

We are currently seeking a skilled AP Coordinator in a multi-company and location environment. Propark Mobility is a parking management company that has been in business since 1984. Beginning with a lone parking lot in Hartford, Connecticut, we have since grown to over 500 locations throughout the United States. Our driving goal is simple: create the perfect parking moment for every guest. To do that, we only hire exceptional people to be a part of our team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of accounts payable processing experience
  • College degree required, college courses in accounting preferred
  • Work efficiently, effectively and accurately
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with all levels of staff
  • Strong attention to details and accuracy
  • Must be well organized, a self-starter, able to adjust to change, and work independently
  • Hands-on experience in operating MS Excel, Office & Outlook

Nice To Haves

  • college courses in accounting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and obtain the proper approval from management prior to payment
  • Process weekly check runs for multiple companies and bank accounts
  • Submit daily positive pay reports
  • Process manual check requests as needed
  • Maintain an organized and accurate filing system
  • Prepare monthly expense backup packages in a timely manner
  • Assist with other projects as needed
