Requirements

• Experience in accounts payable or a similar role, with a solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency with dealership accounting software systems and Microsoft Applications
• Strong data entry skills with meticulous attention to detail and consistent accuracy

• Strong attendance and reliability — essential for success in this role

Responsibilities

• Ensure the accurate and timely processing of accounts payable transactions across multiple dealerships.
• Verify invoice accuracy and ensure proper payment authorization.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors
• Assist with account reconciliations and month-end closing procedures related to accounts payable
• Maintain organized financial documentation and support the finance team as needed
