About The Position

Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and SAI.
  • Self-motivated, with attention to details.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Work well independently or in a team setting.

Responsibilities

  • Process and enter invoices into accounting system.
  • Respond to vendor inquiries.
  • Prepare accounts payable checks.
  • Maintain accounts payable files.
  • Assist in monthly closings.
  • All other tasks as assigned.
