Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Accurately compile and sort purchase orders, invoices, and statements.
Review accounting data on invoices, post daily.
Reconcile statements to accounts payable scheduled and prepare checks.
Manage filing of paperwork.
Responsible for reconciling Sublet schedule, Payable Schedule and Open POs report.
Assist in answering phones.
