About The Position

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing team! The right candidate will be a detail-oriented individual who can accurately process and manage payments to vendors, maintain financial records, and ensure timely payments. Requirements

Prior experience in accounts payable or similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills and eagerness to improve
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation
Prepare and process electronic transfers, ACH payments and check payments
Ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded and perform account reconciliations
Maintain vendor master
Monitor AP aging reports and assist with cash flow management
Assist with month-end closing and reporting
Prepare 1099 reporting
Support other administrative tasks as needed
