We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about process improvement and customer service. The successful candidate will play a key role in vendor onboarding, royalty reporting, and corporate card program support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related finance role.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort working with large data sets.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a high level of initiative and accountability.

Nice To Haves

  • Preferred experience with royalty reporting or working with licensing agencies.
  • Familiarity with corporate card programs and expense management tools is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Vendor Onboarding & ERP Entry Collect and review vendor onboarding documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and provide complete vendor packets to the Controller for approval.
  • Accurately enter vendor details into the ERP system following approval.
  • Royalty Reporting Manage and prepare royalty reports for agencies such as the NFL, MLB, and NHL.
  • Work with large data sets to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Review license agreement to understand royalty reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal business partners to establish and maintain best practices for each agency.
  • Drive process improvements in existing processes, including partnering with IT to drive more accurate reporting across agencies.
  • Corporate Card Program Support Assist in the administration of the corporate card program, including management of monthly report submission through Concur.
  • Provide timely and professional support to cardholders.
  • Monitor compliance and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain training materials and lead training courses for cardholders
  • General AP Support & Special Projects Identify and resolve issues proactively.
  • Support the AP team with ad hoc tasks as needed.
