We are seeking to hire bright, dynamic leaders who have a passion for service and a commitment to excellence. Beztak is looking to hire an Accounts Manager to join our team. The Accounts Manager assists the Property Manager in maximizing the potential of the asset and staff through applying practical technical skills that match or exceed the Oakland Management standards for excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Assists the Property Manager in most aspects of operations
  • Provides input for action/strategic plans and assists in leading the team toward implementing timely on-target solutions.
  • Participates in high-quality weekly Staff Meetings and contributes to the success of the meetings by matching the agenda of the meeting with the site’s strategic plan and emphasizing solutions to any negative trends
  • Supports the application of training and other resources that the company has provided in order to return or maximize on the investment in staff members.
  • Follow company policies regarding rent collection and resolving delinquency
  • Assist the Property Manager by auditing the model and target apartments for the week randomly and follow-through on any improvements that are needed in a timely manner.
  • Operating a company vehicle or personal vehicle (as required) to perform job duties. Candidates must be willing and able to drive for work-related purposes as needed.
  • Working in a high-pressure environment, interacting with difficult customers/vendors, handling urgent matters, resolving conflicts, having effective interpersonal skills.
