You’ll play a key role in delivering accurate, timely financial processing while supporting colleagues and partners across our global network.

Requirements

  • A background in accounting, finance or banking
  • Strong attention to detail and numeracy
  • Confidence working with data and systems (Excel and financial tools)
  • Clear communication skills—you’ll work with teams across the business
  • The ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
  • Understanding of basic accounting principles (including double entry)
  • A degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)

Responsibilities

  • Managing accounts payable processes end-to-end, from invoices to payment runs
  • Keeping supplier and system data accurate in Workday and other finance platforms
  • Supporting month-end close, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Preparing and submitting monthly financial data to Group Finance
  • Helping ensure taxes and payments are recorded, reconciled and completed on time
  • Maintaining strong internal controls and procedures
  • Supporting colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers with queries and requests
  • Contributing to continuous improvement across the team
