The Accounting Technician performs a variety of accounting, financial, and administrative duties to support the organization's fiscal operations. Responsibilities include processing accounts payable transactions, administering foster care provider payments, managing child care provider payments, processing cash receipts, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations. The position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work effectively with internal staff, service providers, and external stakeholders.
