At Bone & Joint, we're looking for an Accounting Support Specialist to join our Finance team and play a key role in supporting the financial health of our growing healthcare organization. This position is working on-site at our Wausau location.
Requirements
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-2 years of accounting, accounts payable, or finance experience
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- A team player who enjoys learning, improving processes, and solving problems
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or Power Pivot
- ERP or accounting software experience
- Healthcare finance experience
Responsibilities
- Process invoices and support accounts payable activities
- Analyze expenses and financial data
- Assist with reporting, budgeting, and dashboards
- Maintain financial records and reconciliations
- Support audits, insurance renewals, and special projects
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization to provide valuable financial insights
