About The Position

Next Generation Management and Accounting Services Accounting Support / Administrative Assistant The Accounting Support / Administrative Assistant provides administrative and accounting support to the accounting team. This role includes hands-on assistance with homeowner accounting, document management, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling financial documentation and confidential information. Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm (60 min lunch) Pay Rate: $18.00–$20.00 per hour Location : Sunrise, FL

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Basic understanding of accounting or financial processes preferred
  • Proficiency with scanning, document management, and office equipment
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Assist with maintaining and reviewing homeowner ledgers
  • Scan and organize correspondence and financial documents
  • Print and prepare checks as directed by the accounting team
  • Scan and properly document homeowner payments
  • Assist with the preparation and processing of attorney disbursement letters
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed
  • Support accounting and management teams with special projects and daily tasks
