About The Position

We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to lead our day-to-day accounting operations and play a key role in keeping our financials accurate, timely, and meaningful. In this role, you’ll oversee and support the accounting team, lead month-end close activities, and partner closely with operations and leadership to ensure our numbers reflect what’s happening across the business. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing industry
• Strong understanding of: Month-end close Job costing and inventory accounting Financial reporting
• Experience with ERP systems (EFI Pace, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics, or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the accounting team (Staff Accountant, AP/AR as applicable)
• Lead and review month-end and year-end close processes
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial results
• Oversee key areas such as: General Ledger Inventory and cost accounting Job costing and WIP (work-in-progress) COGS analysis
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
• Partner with operations and production teams to improve financial visibility and costing accuracy
• Assist with audits (internal and external), including preparation of supporting documentation
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
• Train, mentor, and develop accounting staff
