InSight Manufacturing Services is looking for an experienced Accounting Supervisor to help keep our financial operations running smoothly. This isn't your typical accounting role—you'll be a key player in supporting our growing manufacturing business, partnering with leadership, mentoring staff, and helping drive continuous improvement throughout the organization. Requirements

Detail-oriented and highly organized.
Analytical and comfortable working with numbers and financial data.
A problem solver who enjoys finding better ways of doing things.
Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experienced in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Excited to contribute ideas and help improve processes.
5-8 years of progressive accounting experience.
Strong math, data entry, and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

Supervisory experience preferred.
Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

Leading and supporting our day-to-day accounting operations.
Reviewing and maintaining accurate financial records and journal entries.
Managing general ledger activities and account reconciliations.
Preparing financial reports that help leadership make informed business decisions.
Developing and managing budgets and assisting with financial planning.
Monitoring internal controls and ensuring compliance with accounting best practices.
Supervising and mentoring accounting staff while helping them grow professionally.
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
Collaborating with departments across the company to support business operations.
Working with auditors and other external partners when needed.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all financial matters.
