Supervises one Airport Senior Accountant and one PFC Program Coordinator. Oversees FAA Airport Improvement Program (AIP) grant applications, coordinating with FAA and State Bureau of Aeronautics on grant fund usage for airport efficiency and safety. Works with the Airport Engineer and senior management on the Annual Capital Budget determination and entry, coordinates bi-annual changes in the Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) and Cash Flow updates. Leads Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) amendments and new applications based on planned PFC project usage within the CIP. Manages airport procurement card administration, capital project grant invoices for reimbursement requests, maintains capital financial records, and records, tracks, and follows up on Federal and state grant receivables. Responsible for complex reconciliation of Capital project revenues and expenses. Serves as the Annual Audit Lead for PFC and Capital audit requests.
