Requirements

Pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, engineering, construction management, or a related discipline preferred.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, as well as organizational and interpersonal skills.
Basic skills using Microsoft Office Suite and knowledge and/or experience with accounting software an asset.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Must be authorized to work in the US.
18 years of age or older and possess a valid Driver’s License.
Available to work in Orlando, FL, full-time from May to August.

Responsibilities

Supports the accounting team by collecting, reconciling, seeking approval, and processing general vendor payments through PCL business systems as requested, in a timely and accurate manner to meet payment terms and conditions.
Understands and complies with all labor provider agreements, government legislation, PCL policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Prepares bank deposits and subsequent cash receipt entries where required.
Effectively communicates with internal and external stakeholders, as required.
Develops and maintains strong customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
Values and models the solution provider and profitability culture.
Other duties as required.
