Associate degree with 1+ year of general accounting experience

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Experience with accounting and ERP systems (Epicor Prophet 21 a plus)

Responsibilities

Supporting the Accounting Supervisor with monthly journal entries and the General Ledger close
Collaborating with business units to gather, compile, and consolidate financial data
Reconciling general ledger accounts to maintain accurate and timely financial reporting
Providing cross-functional support, including serving as back-up for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Preparing audit schedules and assisting with year-end audit processes
Recording and reconciling company credit card transactions and expense reports
Performing daily cash reconciliations
Managing fixed assets and completing monthly reconciliations
Contributing to special projects and other accounting initiatives as needed
