About The Position

We have a customer in Tempe, AZ who has an IMMEDIATE long term, TEMP-HIRE position for a Accounting Specialist (Billing/Credit Analyst). In this role you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounts receivable, including credit evaluation, invoicing, cash application, collections, and compliance. This role supports accurate financial reporting, ensures adherence to internal controls, and collaborates cross functionally to maintain efficient customer account management. This is a TEMP-PERM on-site position located in Tempe, AZ.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years+ experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
• Strong understanding of credit and collections processes
• Experience with ERP/Accounting Systems and customer billing portals
• Proficiency in MS EXCEL and general computer applications
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of sales tax regulations and multi-state compliance preferred
