Requirements

  • Accounting Knowledge: A basic understanding of accounting principles and practices, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Compliance: The ability to ensure that financial transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Teamwork: The ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changes in processes, procedures, or priorities as needed.
  • All applicants must be U.S. Persons within the meaning of the ITAR and EAR, or eligible to obtain all required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State and/or the U.S. Department of Commerce. Responsibilities

  • Posting customer payments accurately and on time.
  • Applying cash receipts to the correct customer accounts.
  • Reviewing remittance details for accuracy.
  • Resolving posting discrepancies.
  • Reconciling cash receipts to supporting records.
  • Managing customer portal activity.
  • Submitting invoices through customer portal systems accurately and on time.
  • Monitoring portal requirements.
  • Uploading invoices and supporting documents.
  • Resolving submission errors.
  • Following up on invoice status.
  • Accurately entering financial data into the accounting system.
  • Maintaining accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders regarding financial transactions.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensuring that financial transactions are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Managing the documentation and storage of financial records.
