Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and top-notch customer service.
Review and reconcile financial information from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Prepare recurring reports, schedules, and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and answer targeting questions regarding your business service.
Utilize excel to track your workflow and ensure you have the information from your clients to do the calculations needed.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
