About The Position
City Wide Facility Solutions of Central Kentucky is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Account Specialist to support our growing operations team. This role is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, coordinating service delivery, and ensuring high-quality results across assigned accounts. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while communicating effectively with clients and independent cleaning partners. Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations (service industry preferred)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to problem-solve and think proactively
- Comfortable working both in the field and in an office setting
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
