This role is for a Senior in the CAAS (Client Accounting & Advisory Services) group, specifically supporting the Technology industry, based in the Green Bay, WI office.

Requirements

2 years of relevant accounting and/or financial experience is required.
Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of related experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Develop an understanding of each client’s business/organization operations.
Manage multiple clients, software, and charts of accounts on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Lead coordination and processing of accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll transactions.
Coordinate and review account reconciliations (prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accounts payable, and accruals).
Complete complex account reconciliations (investments, debt, industry specific, etc.).
Prepare, understand, and review financial statements (basic to complex).
Review general ledger, cashflow, allocations, etc.
Proactively create process and procedure documentation and build their own backup.
Complete sales tax returns and Form 1099s.
Prepare audit workpapers, tax return workpapers, and other forms or items as requested by clients.
Oversee workflow and quality of work of Associates and Analysts.
Supervise and ensure the efficiency and quality of work produced by Associates and Analysts.
Assist with projects for internal audit, due diligence, system selection, and other consultative projects.
