The Accounting & Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for supporting and coordinating key accounting, purchasing, and other corporate shared services for the Company’s multi-location entertainment business from its South Ogden headquarters. This position plays an integral role in maintaining efficient day-to-day business operations by overseeing transactional accounting support functions, coordinating purchasing activities, supporting operational initiatives, and managing administrative processes across multiple departments. This role works closely with the Controller, Director of Purchasing & Procurement, Accounts Payable, Operations leadership, and other corporate departments to help ensure accurate financial transactions, organized operational processes, and effective coordination of corporate office activities. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
