About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead core accounting functions, ensure financial accuracy, and support a growing organization through process improvements and system utilization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Proven experience in a hands-on accounting leadership role.
- Advanced Excel skills and strong technical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a resourceful mindset.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee general accounting operations, including month-end close and financial reporting.
- Utilize Sage Intacct to manage and streamline accounting processes.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
- Mentor and collaborate with team members to foster a strong team environment.
- Leverage advanced Excel skills for analysis, reporting, and process improvements.
