About The Position
A well-established, Miami-based B2B distribution company with over 40 years of success is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join its team. This is a highly visible role with direct interaction with ownership and executive leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of total accounting experience
- Strong ERP systems experience (NetSuite strongly preferred)
- Advanced Excel experience (pivot tables/charts, power query and lookups)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
Responsibilities
- Manage all accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting
- Partner closely with the CFO on strategic initiatives, financial planning, and performance optimization
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and annual planning activities
- Help coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Foster and cultivate a growing accounting team
- Deliver actionable financial insights to support executive decision-making
