About The Position

Western NM Telephone Company, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team. In this role, you will manage complex telecom- specific revenue cycles, regulatory compliance, and general ledger operations. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership abilities, advanced technical data expertise, and a deep understanding of regulated and standard accounting principles. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and pivot tables.
• Hands-on experience with ERP software like MACC, SAP, or QuickBooks Online.
• Strong knowledge of FCC Part 32 and GAAP revenue recognition rules.
• Clear ability to translate complex financial concepts to executive leadership.

• 2+ years of accounting management experience within the telecommunications sector preferred.
