About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a CPA to join a strong, stable company in Norcross, GA. This is a full-time, in-office position with an immediate need due to company growth. The role involves overseeing all accounting operations, scaling processes, ensuring compliance, and assisting with financial analysis.

Requirements

• CPA required
• 4–9 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

• Public accounting background highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, billing, AP, and inventory oversight
• Help scale accounting processes and internal controls to support continued growth
• Co-manage clerical staff responsible for shipping, inventory, and light accounting functions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain accurate financial reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
