About The Position

We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as an Accounting Manager.
Requirements
- 4-6 Years of similar experience, including leadership experience
- A bachelor's degree, or achievement of formal certifications recognized in the industry as equivalent to a bachelor's degree (e.g. information technology certifications in lieu of a degree).
Responsibilities
- Oversees the daily operations of department.
- Prepares or oversees preparation of all financial, statistical, and accounting records of the credit union.
- Hires, reviews, schedules, trains, and monitors the work of direct reports: conducts performance reviews; allocates resources to meet operational needs within the department; reviews and approves, denies, or modifies department recommendations from subordinates.
- Works with auditors/examiners on year-end and comprehensive audits.
