As our Accounting Manager, you’re the wizard behind the numbers—making sure everything from payroll to invoices flows smoothly. You know the ins and outs of HR, Loss Prevention, and house rules, all while keeping things on track with Aimbridge Hospitality’s standards. Your superpower? Turning accounting into a seamless adventure!

Requirements

Associate’s degree with 3 years’ related experience, Bachelor’s with 1 year, or 5 years’ progressive hotel/related field experience.
Strong proficiency with Windows systems, spreadsheets, typing, and basic PC troubleshooting.
Supervisory experience required.
Ability to communicate clearly, solve problems efficiently, and handle high-pressure situations.
Skilled at understanding complex information, addressing concerns, and working with financial data and basic math.

The Accounting Manager keeps payroll and employee records grooving, making sure paychecks, new hires, and benefits stay on beat. Every Tuesday, they drop a productivity report like it’s hot and track vacation and sick days with superhero precision!
Keeps an eye on Guest Services and Night Audit teams to make sure they’re on point with accounting, leads Night Auditor training sessions, and spices up staff meetings with fun, effective training—Aimbridge style!
Jumps in for MOD duty when needed!
