Revenue and Technical Accounting Manager Must reside in the SF Bay Area About Brave Brave is on a mission to protect the human right to privacy online. Summary We are looking for a seasoned Accounting Manager to join our dynamic and fantastic Brave team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, CPA from Big Four is required.
- 10+ years of hands-on work with accounting principles and practices.
- 5+ years of experience working in Revenue Recognition under ASC 606 is a must
- Proficiency in relevant accounting software - NetSuite experience is required
- International accounting experience.
- 5+ years of experience working in multicurrency environments required.
- Must have experience in SBC accounting
Nice To Haves
- Bill.com and Microsoft Excel are preferred
- Consolidation experience is preferred.
- Interest in digital tokens is a plus
Responsibilities
- All Aspects of Technical Accounting including: Audit Preparation and Support Transaction analysis, GAAP Compliance Revenue Recognition Consolidation Netsuite Administration Policy and Lease Administration and Implementation Intercompany transactions
- Operational duties include: Cost Analysis and Efficiency Maintaining Budgets Producing and managing Financial Data Operational Support Process improvement and automation
