You will also be responsible for reviewing and approving the team’s work product, providing coaching and development, and progressively expanding their scope as processes stabilize and mature. The position primarily supports operations and business units in the United States, with additional exposure to Canada, Chile, and Argentina. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting skills, supervisory experience, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive approach to strengthening processes, addressing legacy issues, and building scalable accounting practices.
