About the Role: The Accounting Manager will play a key leadership role within the Finance and Accounting function, supporting core operational accounting activities and helping drive an accurate, timely, and efficient month-end close process. Reporting to the Controller, this role will oversee day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, payroll support, cash management, reconciliations, audit readiness, and general ledger accounting. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing hands-on execution with process improvement initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The Accounting Manager will partner cross-functionally across Finance, People Operations, and external vendors to ensure strong financial controls, operational efficiency, and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate brings a blend of public and private accounting experience, thrives in a collaborative environment, and enjoys building scalable processes while maintaining strong attention to detail.
