Accounting Manager

Sportworks Global LLC•Monroe, WA
•$95,000 - $115,000•Onsite

About The Position

Our companies solve meaningful problems that positively impact the world. Take Sportworks: since 1990, it has designed and engineered bike transit solutions that connect people and cities, from the industry's first Bike-Rack-for-Buses in 1993 to today's rail and micro-mobility systems. Millions of people use our products every month. Our bar is high, and we're unapologetically driven to do great work. Now we're looking for an Accounting Manager who holds the numbers behind that work to the same standard. As Accounting Manager, you'll own the full-cycle accounting function across Silver Falls Capital and its portfolio companies. You'll report to the Controller and direct the day-to-day work and outcomes of our accounting team. You'll lead through expertise, priorities, and accountability for results. You'll own the monthly close, keep every entity's financials accurate and GAAP-compliant, and help integrate new businesses as we acquire them. Our Culture: The Silver Falls Way Culture isn't something we bolted on, it's how we work. We call it The Silver Falls Way, five values that guide everything we do: Purpose, People, Truth, Humility, and Possibility. Our culture is what sets us apart: it's how we attract people who care, keep them for the long term, and turn that commitment into better products and better outcomes for our customers. In practice, that means we invest in our people, empowering them to think big, take risks, and grow into their full potential, and we expect honesty and candor from everyone, ourselves included.
