About The Position

Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its finance team in Nashville and work closely with the Nashville based CFO, and Manchester, UK based Controller and finance organization. This will be a broad, hands-on accounting role supporting the business across multiple entities and jurisdictions. While this individual will serve as an important resource for U.S.-specific accounting and compliance matters, the position will not be limited to the U.S. business. The Accounting Manager will support global accounting and consolidation activities, help establish scalable processes and best practices, and partner with third-party advisors on jurisdiction-specific requirements. This is an opportunity to join a growing international organization at an important stage of its U.S. expansion and have meaningful involvement in continuing to build and strengthen the company's accounting and finance infrastructure. The role will also provide significant development opportunities through exposure to international accounting and finance, including the opportunity to develop knowledge of UK GAAP alongside U.S. GAAP, broaden experience across multiple jurisdictions, and work closely with the Group finance team as the organization continues to scale.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.

  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting.
  • Experience with financial consolidations and accounting across multiple entities and/or jurisdictions.
  • Familiarity with U.S.-specific accounting, tax, and compliance requirements, including experience working with third-party tax advisors.
  • Strong understanding of month-end close, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Comfortable operating in a growing environment where responsibilities are broad and processes continue to evolve.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Play an active role in monthly, quarterly, and annual close and consolidation processes, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting across the organization.
  • Support the consolidation of financial results across U.S. and international entities, including intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
