About The Position

As an Accounting Manager with HVMG, you’ll lead day-to-day financial operations at the hotel—overseeing accounting staff, preparing reports, and ensuring strong internal controls. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented leader looking to grow into senior finance positions within the hospitality industry. Key Responsibilities You'll play a crucial role in our hotel's financial success, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our accounting operations. Your daily tasks will include overseeing the accounting staff, preparing financial reports, and implementing internal controls. You will report to the Director of Finance - Controller. A career as an accounting manager can lead to higher level positions within the hospitality industry, such as finance director, VP of finance, or even CFO.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• A college degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or at least 2 years of hotel experience
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly preferred
