About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager with a CPA to join a strong, stable company experiencing growth. This full-time, in-office position is an immediate need. The Accounting Manager will oversee all accounting operations, help scale processes and internal controls, co-manage clerical staff, ensure compliance with GAAP, and assist with budgeting and forecasting.

Requirements

• CPA required
• 4–9 years of experience in public accounting and/or industry
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting

Nice To Haves

• Public accounting background highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including general ledger, month-end close, billing, AP, and inventory oversight
• Help scale accounting processes and internal controls to support continued growth
• Co-manage clerical staff responsible for shipping, inventory, and light accounting functions
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and maintain accurate financial reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
