Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounting Department by establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles for multiple entities. Directly manages the Accounting team. Perform managerial responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include staff development, training employees; planning, assigning, and directing workload of staff, conducting employee performance reviews. Serve as subject matter expert.
