About The Position
Core Financial Outsourcing is a growing accounting firm providing bookkeeping, accounting, tax, and advisory services to businesses across a variety of industries. Our team works closely with business owners to deliver accurate financial reporting and support better business decisions. We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee a portfolio of client accounts while leading and developing a team of accounting professionals. This role combines hands-on accounting, client management, and team leadership across multiple industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of accounting experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Strong QuickBooks and Excel skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Nice To Haves
- CPA preferred but not required
- Public accounting or client accounting experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Manage accounting services for multiple client accounts
- Review financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close
- Serve as primary contact for assigned clients
- Lead, mentor, and support accounting staff
- Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met accurately
- Identify and help resolve accounting and process issues
