This hands-on role owns the monthly close, grant tracking and reporting, and oversees the outsourced bookkeeping and payroll partners who support us today. The Accounting Manager works closely with the Finance Director and partners with department leads across our four offices, making sure the people running our programs have the numbers they need to make good decisions.
