About The Position

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a highly capable and adaptable Accounting Manager to lead financial operations across various early-stage business units with their own unique business models spanning AI-powered software, SaaS and technology services, hardware/drone technology, and manufacturing. This role sits at the intersection of technical accounting rigor and startup operational agility. You'll be managing the financial complexities of multiple businesses simultaneously- each at different stages of maturity, with different revenue models, cost structures, and reporting needs. You'll need to bring order to ambiguity while maintaining the flexibility these emerging businesses require. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments where "building the plane while flying it" is the norm. You're energized by the challenge of establishing scalable financial processes and controls across diverse business models - from software subscription revenue to product sales to service delivery- while each business unit is still defining its go-to-market strategy and scaling operations. The Accounting Manager will serve as the day-to-day financial steward, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting standards across jurisdictions. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with significant opportunity for professional growth as the company scales.
