About The Position

3D Plastics is a trusted plastic injection molding company serving a variety of industries with precision, quality, and innovation. The company is nearing completion of a new ERP system rollout and is seeking a motivated Accounting Intern with an interest in cost accounting to help maximize the system’s value and strengthen financial reporting.

Requirements

• Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Interest or coursework in cost accounting.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports and/or ERP systems (training provided as needed).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Assist in cost accounting processes during and after ERP implementation.
• Help develop and customize reports using Crystal Reports.
• Support analysis of production costs, variances, and profitability.
• Collaborate with operations and leadership to improve cost visibility.
• Contribute to ensuring data accuracy and consistency in the ERP system.
• Gain exposure to real-world accounting in a manufacturing environment.
