About The Position

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to support the tax and treasury functions within the accounting department. The intern will play a key role in ensuring the timely completion of monthly and quarterly projects, organizing accounting data, and generating specialized reports. This position requires strong analytical and technical skills, with a focus on utilizing spreadsheets and databases for tax reporting and cash flow forecasting. The role also involves assisting with ad-hoc projects and providing administrative support to the accounting team.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled and pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree.
• Available to work full-time during the 3 months.
• Mandatory in-office presence of 3 days a week.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies in financial data.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of other data management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support the tax and treasury function, ensuring timely completion of monthly/quarterly projects.
• Organize accounting data to create specialized information, reports, forms dealing with tax projections, tax fee reporting and treasury cash flow forecasting.
• Utilize spreadsheets and databases for tax reporting purposes (compliance and provision) and cash flow by entity.
• Handle ad-hoc Tax, Treasury or Accounting projects as needed.
• Assist with other accounting-related tasks as needed.
• Provide administrative support to the accounting team as needed.
