About The Position

Printpack is seeking an Accounting Intern for the Fall - Winter 2026/2027 terms (October - March). This paid internship is designed to allow accounting interns to develop their understanding of basic accounting principles by working closely with experienced associates. Interns will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by extracting financial data from the accounting software, preparing financial reports, and playing an integral part of month-end close processes. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule with required onsite training and responsibilities. Accounting Internship jobs are excellent ways to gain practical experience in the world of accounting and auditing, and it offers a way with which you can determine your future specialization.

Requirements

Must be at least a junior in current program.
Able to work at least 25 hours a week.
Junior or Senior working towards an Accounting Degree.
Able to work 25+ hours per week.
Must have a GPA of 3.0 or better.

Responsibilities

Assist with month-end close, quarter-end close and year-end close.
Assist with ad hoc reports and other projects.
Update/prepare various financial spreadsheets.
Utilize accounting knowledge to perform month end reconciliations on various balance sheet accounts.
Prepare month-end management reports.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Data mining and analysis.
Reconcile financial statements from international subsidiaries.
