About The Position

The Accounting Intern offers a hands-on learning experience for students or recent graduates interested in developing financial management, accounting, and analytical skills. Interns will support day-to-day financial operations while gaining practical insight into corporate finance processes within a dynamic organizational environment. This is a 6-month in-office internship under the mentorship of the Accounting team based out of Doral, FL.

Requirements

• Currently in the final year of study or recently graduated with a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial data tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a professional team environment.

• Interns will gain exposure to the full financial cycle, strengthen their technical and analytical skills, and develop a foundational understanding of business finance operations.
• Successful candidates may be considered for future full-time roles within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial reports, reconciliations, and data analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and expense tracking activities.
• Review and process invoices, purchase orders, and vendor payments.
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Conduct research and provide analytical support for special finance projects.
• Collaborate with team members to identify process improvements.
• Other duties as assigned
