From preparing reports that guide strategic decisions to ensuring compliance with accounting standards, your work will have a direct impact on our people and our business.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a knack for spotting inconsistencies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and analyzing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Support month-end processes, including reconciliations and journal entries.
• Help maintain accurate and organized financial records in our accounting software.
• Conduct research on accounting issues.
• Collaborate with team members on special projects, such as budgeting, forecasting, and process improvements.
• Learn and apply GAAP principles in a professional setting.
